Where We Can Meet?

You can choose the setting that suits you best for our sessions.
On Mondays, I welcome you to my studio in München, providing a peaceful and dedicated space for our work together.
On any other day, home visits are available in the Markt Schwaben area at no extra cost. If you’d like to book a home visit, please reach out via WhatsApp so we can discuss the details in advance. For locations beyond Markt Schwaben, travel expenses may apply.

For first-time home visits, I begin by cleansing the energy of your space using sound bowls and sage. This process takes 10–15 minutes and includes an additional charge of €20. For any subsequent visits, energy cleansing is not required.

Guidelines for Your Sound Therapy Session:

  1. Attire: Please wear comfortable clothing without any metal elements, and consider avoiding jewelry to enhance your comfort during the session.

  2. Additional Comfort: Bring a pullover with you to ensure warmth during the session. While blankets are provided, some individuals may feel cold after lying down for an extended period.

  3. Hydration: Ensure you have consumed an adequate amount of water on the day of your session. Hydration is crucial to enhance the effectiveness of the experience.

  4. Open Mind: Approach the session with an open mind and a willingness to embrace the unique journey that unfolds. Your experience may be influenced by various factors, including your daily encounters and your physical well-being.

  5. Punctuality: Arriving 5 minutes early is ideal to ensure a smooth and relaxed experience

Remember, sound therapy is a deeply personal and transformative experience. Your comfort and openness contribute to the richness of the session. We look forward to creating a harmonious space for your well-being journey.

After Your Sound Therapy Session:

  1. Hydration: Drink plenty of water in the days following your therapy. Hydration supports the body's natural cleansing process and enhances the overall benefits of the session.

  2. Mindful Awareness: Pay close attention to both your body and soul. Take a moment to listen to what they may be communicating to you. Sound therapy can bring about subtle shifts, and being mindful allows you to fully embrace and integrate these changes.

Your well-being journey continues beyond the session, and these simple practices can amplify the positive effects of your sound therapy experience.

Contraindications:

Sound therapy is generally considered safe and well-tolerated for most individuals. However, there are certain contraindications or precautions that should be considered:

  1. Hearing Impairments: Individuals with severe hearing impairments or deafness may not fully benefit from traditional sound therapy experiences that rely on auditory stimuli.

  2. Severe Mental Health Conditions: People with severe mental health conditions, such as schizophrenia or acute psychosis, may find the immersive nature of sound therapy challenging. It's advisable to consult with mental health professionals before undergoing such therapies.

  3. Epilepsy: Some sound therapy practices involve rhythmic patterns or flashing lights, which could potentially trigger seizures in individuals with epilepsy. Precautions should be taken, and individuals with epilepsy should consult with their healthcare provider.

  4. Pregnancy: While gentle sound therapy is generally considered safe during pregnancy, it's advisable for pregnant individuals to inform their healthcare provider before undergoing any new therapeutic practices.

  5. Recent Surgery or Injuries: Individuals recovering from recent surgeries or those with acute injuries should consult with their healthcare provider before engaging in certain types of sound therapy, especially if there are vibrations involved.

  6. Tinnitus: People with severe tinnitus may find certain frequencies or intensities of sound uncomfortable. It's recommended to inform the sound therapist about any pre-existing conditions.

  7. Implanted Devices: Individuals with certain implanted medical devices, such as cochlear implants or deep brain stimulators, should consult with their healthcare provider to ensure sound therapy is safe for them.

It's essential to communicate openly with sound therapists about any pre-existing health conditions to ensure that the therapy is tailored to your individual needs and circumstances.

Language Preferences for Communication

Dear Visitors,

I wanted to share a quick note regarding language preferences for our interactions. My primary languages are English and Hungarian, and I am currently in the process of learning German. While I have a good understanding of German, speaking can still be a bit challenging for me.

In the context of therapy, speaking  is not crucial. I believe that even if we don't communicate in English, with an open mind and patience, we can find ways to understand each other effectively. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your consideration.

Best regards,
Réka
